Multiple Requests can be logically organized into a Project, for exhibitions, publications, or other instances when it makes sense to group related requests together.
In the navigation bar, select Requests .
Create a project
- Click New Request in the top navbar.
- Select Project.
- Input a Project Name (required), Due Date (optional), Budget (optional).
- Click Continue to go to the project page.
- Here you will see information about the project created:
- Project Details, Project Due Date, Project Budget and Requests.
- Note: The project will have a status of Draft until a request is created and shared.

- Click < Exit Project to exit out of the project. You will be returned to the projects tab on the request list.
Managing a project
Change the project name and due date or cancel or delete a project.
- From the project page, click ⋮ More Actions.
- Select one of the following from the dropdown list:
- Rename project
- Change due date
- Cancel project
- Delete Project
Creating a request in a project
Create as many requests as you like in a project. An intuitive wizard that consists of only 6 steps to create a request will help you meet your goal efficiently.
- From the project page, click Create Request in the bottom navbar.
STEP 1: DETAILS
- Input a Request Name (required), Due Date (optional), Mark as 'Urgent' (optional).
- Click Continue.
STEP 2: REQUESTOR
- Search, create, or add later the person who made the request.
- Click Continue.
STEP 3: COLLECTION
- Select Yes / No if the work is in your collection. In this example, we'll select Yes.
- Click Save as Draft or Continue.
- Browse, search and select the objects you would like to include.
- Click Save as Draft or Continue.
STEP 4: OBJECT (REVIEW)
- Review the objects you selected. You can add more to the request by clicking < Go Back or remove by clicking Remove object from request.
- Click Save as Draft or Continue.
STEP 5: PERMISSIONS
- Select the permissions needed: Rights, Image, Rights & Image or ✔︎ No Permissions Needed.
- Click Continue.
STEP 6: CONTACT
- Search, create, or add later the person you are sending this request to.
- Click Save as Draft or Continue.
- The request has been created! You will be taken back to the project page.
Managing a request in a project
From the project page, you can create more requests or take actions on existing ones.
To get a more detailed view of the request:
- Click the icon to expand the request card.
- To delete an object in the request, click the icon. You will be asked to confirm removal.
- To edit, add more objects to the request, click the ⋯ ellipsis
Group existing requests into a project
Take control of requests by adding them to an existing project or creating a new one.
In the navigation bar, select Requests . From the My Collection or Other Collection tab:
- Select the request(s) you want to include.
- Click on the folder .
- To add request(s) to an existing project, select project and click Apply.
- To add request(s) to a new project, click + Create Project.
- Input a Project Name (required), Due Date (optional), Budget (optional).
- Click Save.
