Interact with your collection
Quickly and powerfully search within your collection to find the artworks you need. To learn how to import your collection, follow this guide.
In the navigation bar, select Objects .
Searching Objects
To search within your own collection:
- Type the artist’s Name (first and/or last), work Title, or Accession # and select Search or press return.
- The results from your search will be displayed below.
Views
Toggle between Card View and List View by selecting the grid or list icon on the right side of the screen.
Filtering & Facets
You can filter objects by:
- Artist
- Movement
- Medium
For each filter, you can search by name or scroll through the list.
'Show only' facets include:
- Public Domain
- Artworks with image
- Non-Exclusive License
Detailed Object View
To get more information about an object:
- Select any object in the listing.
- A larger thumbnail of the artwork appears along with additional information.
Select the arrow button in the upper left to go back to the object list.
Multiple Images for Objects
An object may have more than one image attached to it in order to show different perspectives, angles, and details. To add, remove, or select primary images:
- Select any object in the listing.
- In the Object detail view, select Edit.
- Select the “+” below the main Object image.
- Options now include:
- Enter URL Link to an image.
- Select an alternate image to upload from local storage.
- Ability to add a Title to each image.
- Ability to select which image is considered “Primary”.
- Deleting a selected image via the Trash Can icon.
