In MONA, every person has an account type, each with its own level of permissions and access. Use the tables below to explore specific permissions for each account type.

Manage your account
- Click your profile icon in the top right to expand the user details dropdown.
- Select Account Settings.
Workspace Admin
As a Workspace Admin you can manage and edit your personal, organization and collection information, manage users, configure email notifications and manage your subscription. You can toggle between the following sections in account settings:
Personal Info
Here you can edit your basic information and security settings.
- Select the Personal Info tab
- Click the edit icon in either section to make changes.
- Click Save or the arrow icon to cancel.
Organization Info
Here you can edit information about your organization and manage members.
Edit organization information:
- Select the Organization Info tab.
- Click the edit icon to make changes.
- Click Save or use the arrow icon in the top left to cancel.
Manage members:
- Click the ⋮ ellipsis icon.
- A modal appears to make edits.
- Click Save to save changes or Cancel to exit out without saving.
Edit user information:
- Choose Edit Info from the dropdown.
- A modal appears to make edits.
- Click Save to save changes or Cancel to exit out without saving.
To change a user's account type:
- Choose change account type from the dropdown.
- A modal opens, use the radio button to make a selection.
- Click Save to save changes or Cancel to exit out without saving.
Notifications
Use the checkboxes to choose which type of email notification you want to receive.
Manage notifications:
- Select the Notifications tab
- Notification choices include:
- Requests are shared with me
- Activity on my requests
- 30 days before renewal is due
Collection Information
Manage and get details about your collection. Information show includes:

To import a new collection:
- Click Import Collection
- You will be walked through the import process. Read our guide on how to import a collection.
To manage an existing collection:
- Click Delete Collection to remove the existing collection.
Billing
Manage your subscription, add or update payment information and view and download billing history all from one place.
- Select the Billing tab.
- Choose from one of the 3 sections: Subscription Information, Payment Information or Billing history.
Subscription Information
Here you can manage your plan, auto-renew settings, see the date your subscription started and when it will renew.
- Click the edit icon
- From the subscription information page, you can:
- Switch your plan
- Cancel your subscription
- Toggle auto-renew on/off
Payment Information
Here you can see & update your payment methods. You can add 3 types:
Primary — Makes the credit card or bank account your new primary payment method.
Backup — Makes the credit card or bank account your backup method for automatic payments. If your primary method is declined, we'll charge your backup card, instead.
Other — Credit card or bank account you can assign later as a primary or backup payment method.
- Click the edit icon.
- To edit your primary payment method, click the edit button.
- To add a backup payment method, click Add Payment Method.
- Choose from card or US Bank Account and enter your card number or bank details and other information.
- Click Save card.
- To make your backup payment method your primary, select primary from the dropdown.
- To add an other payment method, click Add Payment Method.
- Choose from card or US Bank Account and enter your card number or bank details and other information.
- Click Save card.
- You can add additional other payment methods.
- To assign one of your other payment methods as your primary or backup, select primary/backup from the dropdown. Once completed, this action will move your existing primary or backup as an other payment method.
Billing History
A record of all of your subscription invoices will appear here.
You can:
- View the Item (order number), date and price paid
- Download a copy of the paid invoice
Full Member
As a Full Member you can manage and edit your profile information, view information about your organization and configure email notifications. You can toggle between the following sections in your account settings:
Personal Info
Here you can edit your basic information and security settings.
- Select the Personal Info tab.
- Click the edit icon in either section to make changes.
- Click Save or the arrow icon to cancel.
Organization Info
Here you can view information about your organization. Information shown includes:

Notifications

Reset your password
If your password has been compromised or you have forgotten it, you can easily change it at any time.
- Sign out of MONA.
- At the Login screen, select Forgot Password.
- Type the email address you use to login.
- You will receive an email to change your password.
- Enter your new password twice and select Submit.
- You will automatically be logged into MONA.
