Connect to Bynder to keep your collection in-sync and ready for licensing requests. In this article, you'll learn how to use the integration to add your collection to MONA.
Import your Bynder assets
The process for integrating with Bynder is broken down into 5 easy steps.
- From Profile & Settings, click on the Import Collection button.
- Select DAM as the import method. Click Continue.
- Choose Bynder as the DAM provider. Click Continue.
- Enter your portal domain in the input field. Click Continue.
- Click the Sign In button.
- Sign-in with your Bynder username and password. Click Login.
- You will see a success message that you have been connected. Click Continue.
- Assets that have been tagged (with your custom tag) will be included in the count. You can refresh to see an updated count. Click Continue.
- Map the collection fields. Click Continue.
- Review your collection to make sure everything looks good. Click < Go Back if changes are needed or click Continue to proceed.
- A confirmation message indicates the collection has been imported. Click View Collection.

You will be taken to the Objects tab to view your collection. Select an object to view details about the object.
- From the object details page, you can view relevant collection metadata, when the object was last synced and the ability to refresh the object to pull any changes.
To view details about your connection
- Click the profile photo to open the dropdown menu. Select Account Settings.
- Navigate to the Collection Information tab. From here you can view information about the connection. You also have the ability to sync the entire collection from here. You can also disconnect the integration by clicking the Disconnect button.
