Getting started

This article summarizes everything you need to know to get up and running in MONA as a full member. Upon your first account login, you will be seamlessly directed through the onboarding process. 

Step 1: Customize your profile

1. Set an optional profile photo. Accepted file types are jpg or png.
2. Fill out the following fields:

   Required	Optional
   First Name, Last Name, Organization	Department, Job Title, Phone Number, Address, City, State, Zip, Country

3. Click Continue.

Step 2: Import contacts

Importing contacts will help automate the workflows in MONA. If  you decide to skip this step, you will be able to import contacts later.

For preferred data formats and instructions on how to prepare your .CSV file, review our format guidelines.

1. Click import.
2. Select your .CSV file.
3. Review your file.
   • The number of contacts found in the file will appear in the top left of the container.
   • A  validation message (under the number of contacts found) informs you of one of the following:
     • No errors found
     • Errors found. Rows with error(s) will also be outlined in red
4. Click Go Back or Continue.

Step 3: Import licenses

Import your existing licenses to keep track of import information, like expiration dates. If you decide to skip this step, you will be able to import licenses later.

5. Click Import.
6. Select your .CSV file.
7. Review your file.
   • The number of licenses found in the file will appear in the top left of the container.
   • A  validation message (under the number of contacts found) informs you of one of the following: 
     • No errors found
     • Errors found. Rows with error(s) will also be outlined in red
8. Click Go Back or Continue.

Finalize your account 

1. Select the checkbox to agree to the End User License Agreement (EULA), Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Click Go To Dashboard to continue.
