Configure your account
Everything you need to know to get up and running in MONA. You will automatically go through the onboarding process the first time you login to your account. The process will be slightly different depending on your permissions and account type.
Getting Started for Workspace Admins
Step 1: Customize your profile
- Set an optional profile photo. Accepted file types are jpg or png.
- Fill out the following fields:
- Required: First Name, Last Name, Organization
- Optional: Department, Job Title, Phone Number, Address, City, State, Zip, Country
- Click Continue.
Step 2: Import contacts
Importing contacts will help automate the workflows in MONA. If you decide to skip this step, you will be able to import contacts later.
Headers can include:
Required | Optional |
Name, email | Organization, department, job title, phone number, address, city, state, zip, country |

- Click Select File.
- Select your .CSV file.
- Review your file.
- The number of contacts found in the file will appear in the top left of the container.
- A validation message (under the number of contacts found) informs you of one of the following:
- No errors found
- Errors found. Rows with error(s) will also be outlined in red
- Click Go Back or Continue.
Step 3: Import Licenses
Import your existing licenses to keep track of import information, like expiration dates. If you decide to skip this step, you will be able to import licenses later.
Headers can include:

Organization, Contact Name | Status, Expiration Date, Type, Amount |

- Click Import.
- Select your .CSV file.
- Review your file.
- The number of licenses found in the file will appear in the top left of the container.
- A validation message (under the number of contacts found) informs you of one of the following:
- No errors found
- Errors found. Rows with error(s) will also be outlined in red
- Click Go Back or Continue.
Step 4. Subscription
- Select a subscription plan to start your free 3-month trial.
- Choose Set Up Payment Later or Add Payment Details to continue.
- If you Set Up Payment Later, you will be taken to a confirmation screen where you can click the Start Trial button to activate your trial period.
- If you Add Payment Details, you will be taken to the payment details screen where you can add your payment info. Payment methods include: card or US bank account.
- If you Set Up Payment Later, you will be taken to a confirmation screen where you can click the Start Trial button to activate your trial period.
- A Free Trial is Active confirmation screen will be displayed with the following details:
- Plan, Billing, Renewal, Payment Method, trial start and end date.
- Plan, Billing, Renewal, Payment Method, trial start and end date.
- Click Continue.
Finalize your profile
- Select the checkbox to agree to the End User License Agreement (EULA), Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- Click Go to Dashboard to continue.
